Refund Policy

  • No refunds on booked trips.

  • In the case of a trip with a refundable deposit, the deposit will only be refunded before the deadline date.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The Elite Travel Club reserves the right to cancel a trip due to low registrations. If the trip is cancelled, those who have registered will be offered a full refund.

  • Alternative transportation may be provided based on the number of sign-ups.

  • Should unforeseen circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a trip, ETC has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer funds to the same trip at a future date.

  • Refunds will be in the same form of currency used for the purchase.

  • If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited.

  • Individuals who find they have a conflict after the trip is booked or the deadline date has passed may give their trip to another individual. The ETC must be informed about the changes and individuals going on the trip as replacements must meet ETC travel guidelines.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or change this policy at any time.
